Where do I go to return my kit?
Kit returns are paperless click the link above to start your returns process or go to https://brandactivate.loopreturns.com/
How does it work?
The returns portal guides you through what to return, asks you the condition of the items and then offers you a QR code or the option to print a label for each tracking number (box) that you were sent. You then ship from an approved shipping location.
Where is my order number?
You use the order number you were provided in all the emails sent to you about the kit items from the BA kit store. It is 4 digits and is usually in the subject of the email. These emails come from BAstore@brandactivate.net
How do I know where there is an approved shipping location?
You can search in the returns portal when you choose your return shipping method, or via the internet.
What boxes should I use?
Please use the boxes provided to you that you received your materials in.

WHAT COULD GO WRONG AND HOW TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
Contact your staffing coordinator!
- You or the staff aren’t sure about payment (not paid, not the right amount, card declines, anything card related).
- Any issues with the account staff or management, do not argue- just smile and politely manage the situation, and contact us via the hotline for help.
- You don’t have the kit items with you, contact us immediately.
